Lets build on our balance practice and fire it up a bit. This is a 5 minute balance series thats great to add to your warm up or cool down stretches. We will explore single legged chair pose, eagle pose, and warrior III. This one will generate some heat in the body and activate the core, especially if you add the eagle crunches. Just do what you can, everything is a suggestion. We will be using and strengthening the stabilizing muscles of the legs so you will feel these working, as well as a stretch to your hips and hamstrings.
