For those of you new to practicing balance or your first time trying this video, come close to a wall or something that you can grab on to if need be to catch your balance. This is a 5 minute video showing Tree pose, and Dancers pose variations and progressions. These are single legged stretches that will active the stabilizing muscles attached to the ankles, knees, and hips. Practice often to become more balanced, body aware, focused, and calm. You will also get a nice stretch to your quadriceps, hamstrings, and spine. Remember to relax and breathe slowly and deeply.
