Paddle athletes on the All-Access plan receive weekly training programs and discussions with Coach Larry Cain for Standup Paddleboarding (SUP). Advanced, Intermediate and Novice programs adapted for your schedule and goals.

Paddlers of all different abilities, levels, and time commitments will have a weekly program that will fit their goals. The weekly on-water plan will have technique drills and strength and power training plans coinciding with each week’s training programs. Members can then ask questions and share their experiences with the training community.

Coach Travis Grant will be specializing in training paddle athletes on OC-1 and OC-2s (one and two-man outrigger canoes) and assisting OC-6 (6-man outrigger canoes) coaches with training plans and technique for their OC-6 crews.

SUP • MOBILITY • ENDURANCE COACH SEYCHELLE

Coach Seychelle

Members on the SUP and Endurance All-Access plan will receive weekly training programs, technique information and discussions from Coach Seychelle.

A perennial Top 10 standup paddle racer and SIC Maui team rider, is joining the Paddle Monster coaching squad for the 2018 paddle season.

A native of the Florida Keys, Seychelle has always had a deep connection to the water. She has a US Coast Guard Masters license and was an accomplished sailor before discovering Stand Up Paddleboarding in 2013. She is also a registered yoga instructor and personal trainer.

Coach Seychelle will have four different paddle training groups: Three levels for warm-climate paddlers including Advanced, Intermediate and Beginner; And a fourth group focused on long, paddle-endurance races.

PADDLE-SPECIFIC STRENGTH AND CONDITIONING COACH, CHRIS CHAPMAN

Members on the All-Access plan will receive weekly, paddle-specific dry-land training plans from Paddle Strength and Power Coach Chris Chapman, MSc., CSCS, CSEP-CEP.

Coach Chris Chapman will prepare weekly land-based strength and power plans for novice, intermediate and advanced paddlers with options for both gym and non-gym/home training. We will have video demonstrations of the exercises in the video library and linked to the weekly plans. Members can then ask Coach Chris questions on the forum and share their experiences with the training community.

THE TRAINING PLATFORM

WHAT TO EXPECT WHEN YOU JOIN PADDLE MONSTER

There is an app and a web version of the Paddle Monster Training Platform. All-Access members get weekly training plans from their paddle and strength coaches and can have them modified by their coaches to fit their individual needs. Access programs, videos, posts, forums, discussions and conversations from your phone, laptop, desktop, or ipad/tablet.

VIDEO ANALYSIS

Members can get remote paddle-technique video analysis with this pay-per-analysis service.
