DeSatnick Foundation Around the Cape Paddle

$250.00The 10th Annual Around the Cape Paddle will be held on SUNDAY JUNE 23, 2024 in Cape May NJ. Approved craft for the 15 Mile race around Cape May Island include : Prone (Stock, 14′ & 18′), SUP 14′, Surf Ski, OC1, Oc2, Oc4, Van Duyne, & Asay Self Bailers. This race is an official qualifier for The Catalina Classic with winners of the Stock and Unlimited earn an entry to The Classic in August. The event is the biggest fundraiser for the Desatnick Foundation, which offers emotional support and financial assistance for individuals living with Spinal Cord Injury (SCI) and paralysis that are injured or live in the following New Jersey Counties : Atlantic, Cape May, Cumberland, Monmouth and Ocean. Previous open ocean racing experience is recommended (eg. Carolina Cup, NYSEA, Dean Randazzo Cancer Foundation Paddle for a Cause).
