        Wow. Sorry I missed this message and that you’ve had to wait so long for a reply. I check the forum only about once a week these days because I so rarely get messages here with everyone else reaching out to me in the coach’s convo. I have sent you a message there, but if this is easier for you am happy to work with you here and can check for messages from you daily.

        I’m happy to help you as I outlined in the message in the coach’s convo and there is a lot that we can do in 4 weeks of hard work and one peaking week. Just let me know if you can access the message in the coach’s convo and if you can, it is easier for me to work with you there. We can have you doing something specifically targeted for this race starting Monday.
