Is Kai Lenny’s Giant Downwind Carrot Strapped to His Back the Future?

“Supposedly,” Kai says in this instagram video post, “it catches the wind and propels you forward.”

Basically the idea of the carrot is it catches just enough wind to help you catch up to the next swell.
