Gear Review by June the Machine: Cat Tongue Non-Slip Grips

Cat Tongue Non-Slip Grips for Your Paddle

This light weight material  works well as a paddle grip and it won’t weigh down your performance paddle. It’s easy to replace. They could be an “out of the box” solution for paddlers looking to avoid slipping and blisters.

June’s Installation Tips:

If you are removing any old grip material from your paddle shaft, be sure to clean it first and finish off with rubbing alcohol.  Make sure your hands are clean before you apply.  The adhesive on the strips is strong, but  any grease or oil may cause it to loosen.

      1. Thanks June. I figured that out after they arrived. So far I really them. Do you still use ? Have you done anything on SUP water shoes? or the latest Garmin watches?

        1. I do used them. One paddle I have it on and one I don’t which won’t be for my racing paddle at the moment.

I generally don’t use water shoes for summer season . Only for winter cold days.

Fenix series is usually the the best but forerunner series is also does a good job . Most has now SUP mode so it is really depending on your likes. 🤙
