First board was an iSUP model great for travelling, bitten by the endurance bug, borrowed club Nash board ( old model 2012 ) for 11 cities. afterwards bought a Mistral M1 second hand perfect for training all weather!

Plant paddle before engaging power
Weirdest thing that’s happened to you while paddling?
Ramming ice whilst in full power mode! Knocked off my feet but landed on my back still on the board!
Favorite SUP nutrition? (During races/ during a long haul)
High 5 Sports Drink, banana and homemade energy bars

Endurance Races of course!

Chill with our Corgies and paddle the inflatable Prone Board !!
What’s your biggest challenge with SUP?
Endurance, testing myself against nature without compromising safety!
What is your proudest moment in a SUP race or event?
Completing Great Glen paddle, last SUP paddler to finish but beat my goal of 15hrs!
