Working the Anterior Chain!

Coach Victoria presents a series of three videos using resistance bands to help paddlers target and strengthen anterior muscles in the hips, legs and arms. Anterior muscles are often over looked when it comes to paddle strength training.

    I was happy to see I could get a set of these bands for $17. The pushups were interesting, and the walking with bands is so much better than the rubber straps or tubes….way more comfortable.
