  2. The first 3-day camp from March 11-13, 2019
  3. The second 3-day camp from March 14-16, 2019

Location: Dockside Inn and Resort. Ft. Pierce, FL

Description:

Let’s spend a week together, paddle training with Coach Larry Cain and Coach Seychelle. This is a Standup Paddle Specific Camp for all levels except absolute beginners. We are going to kick off 2019 with an intensive training experience, because training works.

You’ll get 3-6 days of training with Larry and Seychelle in small groups on the water doing a variety of interval work focusing on development of your specific aerobic base and refinement of your technique. Larry and Seychelle will do video analysis sessions to identify both strengths and weaknesses in your stroke, your technical progress during the camp, and to help you develop your own plan for technical development for the coming season. You’ll also be off to the gym for strength work to compliment the work you’re doing on the water.

You’ll have access to both Larry and Seychelle for all the training sessions and off the water as well, to ask questions, seek clarification and gain insight into what drives them as athletes, how they train and their training and racing philosophies.

We’re looking forward to spending time training with you in March. See you in Florida!
