Paddle Monster’s Coach Larry Cain Launches Spring Paddle Base Training Next Week

Next Week (Feb 26 – Mar 4) is week one of the Spring Base Program.
With the long awaited arrival of warm weather and longer days and 7 weeks till the Carolina Cup,  it’s time to get back on the water with the “Spring Base Program” for those who have had their training confined primarily to land.
This program will see a return to a full complement of on-water training focusing first on accumulation of specific (paddling) base and then more intense race specific for late April races like the Carolina Cup and the Key West Classic.
Join us in the Spring Base program at Paddle Monster for preparation for April races and a jump start on the 2018 summer season!
