Spring is coming, and it’s time to shake off the winter cobwebs! ❄️🚣‍♂️ Join us for the 30-Day Ice Breaker Challenge, designed to help you rebuild strength, endurance, and confidence—whether you’re on the water or in the gym.

This isn’t just about paddling—it’s about getting yourself ready for a strong season ahead. The goal? Complete one workout or paddle session per day AND find at least one day to get back on the water! If you have access to water, see how many out of 30 days you can paddle!

For those of you in the Spring Base (begins today), this is a perfect opportunity to post your workouts and get ready for April/May Races. 

How It Works:

✅ Get on the new platform at https://paddle-monster.mn.co/ There is a 30-day free trial. If you are a member, create a NEW account and we will delete you on the old one. It's all part of our migration to the new site, so this will be heaven for you and take like 5 minutes.

✅ Do one activity per day—on the water or in the gym

✅ For rest days, consider sharing active rest options (search for the "Active Rest" article). Self care also counts on your rest days! If you are taking a walk, physical therapy, massage, yoga, meditation, that's still an active investment in yourself. It counts. Share it. 

✅ Post a photo or description of your workout in the Challenge Space

✅ Track your streak and see how many days you’ve accomplished your goal

✅ Engage with the daily questions & challenges we’ll post

✅ Support & motivate fellow paddlers
